What information do we obtain?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. If an active internet connection is used, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity, but the Service Provider does not retain it or use it for tracking.

Precise location

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.

Nothing collected means nothing retained.

The Service Provider does not collect or store personal data through normal use of White Event Guide. Accordingly, there is no personal-data retention period for ordinary app use and no server-side profile or account data maintained by the Application.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider, the information contained in that communication may exist only as needed to respond to your request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Deletion requests

Because White Event Guide does not collect or retain personal data through normal use, there is normally no Application-held personal data to delete. Removing the Application from your device removes the Application itself and locally controlled app content in accordance with your device platform’s behavior.

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure of such data through the Application is minimized. No system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may hold through direct communications.

Breach notification

If a security incident affects personal information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notice will be provided where required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing the revised policy with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a material change, consent will be sought before that change takes effect.
